Inflammation Tea supports arthritic complaints, allergies, inflammation of the digestive tract, liver, and kidneys, helps to flush and cleanse the skin.
Directions for use:
- Boil clean, filtered water on the stove or in a kettle.
- Place one heaping spoonful into a tea bag or strainer for an 8-10 oz mug (more or less based on preference).
- Pour water into the mug. If possible, cover with a small ceramic plate while it steeps.
- Remove ceramic plate, scrape oils that have attempted to evaporate back into the mug.
- Remove tea bag, add honey, let cool, and enjoy!
